It's almost your big day! So much to do and so little time to do it. Did you know most brides and grooms began planning 15 to 20 months in advance?
Most venues are booked one year in advance if not longer. The catering, the photographer, the videographer, the theme, your dress, his tux, and the list goes on and on.
Some brides are blessed and have a ton of family and friends that can help them prepare for the wedding day but some don't. Even if the do, the coordination alone can cause them to miss the first dance, the tossing of the bouquet, or the cutting of the cake. Who wants their family and friends to miss out on all of your happiness? We sure don't!
That's why our team is here to help you plan, coordinate, and support you from beginning to end. We offer Full, Partial , and Day Coordination. Our Brides can choose in which way they need assistance.
Full Coordination and Planning includes:
· Ongoing Meetings throughout the planning up until the big day
· Regular contact via phone & email
· Help to prepare a budget & how to maximize your budget
· Venue sourcing (if required)
· Sourcing and negotiation with suppliers i.e. florist, photography, musicians, caterers and videography
· Design & decoration advice and ideas
· Ceremony & Reception planning
· Coordinating the run through before the big day
· Being the point of contact throughout the planning process
· Over seeing and managing the supplies including the venue on the day to ensure everything is done to your expectations & to high standards
· Discreet on the day coordination on your wedding day to ensure you enjoy your day
· 10 hours of management on the day of the wedding (additional hours can be added for an extra fee)
Partial Coordination and Planning includes:
· Regular contact via phone & email
· Management and advice in all outstanding areas
· Design & decoration advice and ideas
· Sourcing and negotiation with suppliers i.e. florist, photography, musicians, caterers and videography
· Double checking & co-coordinating of all arrangements & timing made with suppliers
· Two planning meetings to ensure all purchases and details have been taken care of for your big day.
· Overseeing & management of all suppliers including the venue on the day
· Attendance on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
· Discreet on the day coordination on your wedding day to ensure you enjoy your day
· 5 hours of management on the day of the wedding (additional hours can be added for an extra fee)
Month of Coordination includes:
· Two detailed meetings 2-3 weeks prior to your big day to take over all of your prearrangements with the suppliers
· Overseeing and management of all of the suppliers including the venue on the day
· Attendance on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
· Discreet on the day coordination on your wedding day to ensure you enjoy your day
· 5 hours of management on the day of the wedding (additional hours can be added for an extra fee)
